Manuel Garcia Prosthetic & Orthotic Centers were some of the first facilities in the state of Ohio to be certified to fit elevated vacuums. Since the commercial release of elevated vacuum technology in 1998, we have had great success with fitting elevated vacuums, and have beta-tested pumps for manufacturers.

Now with an evolution in the socket design this technology has redefined the comfort level for many amputees. There is minimal knee flexion restriction and superior comfort in all the different angles of the knee. Also, by design, the trim lines can be lowered to give ultimate flexibility and also maintain superior limb control.
